They say that it's American food with a Brazilian twist, but I had a difficult time seeing the "twist". And, I used to live in Brazil! For years! So, I decided to endeavor my taste buds into their Brazuca Omelet with all of the Brazilian gusto that I could manage...and, all I can say is that it was good, but no better than any other trendy breakfast joint. However, I very much love the location...right next to the Park City town lift. I would return based on its location more than the food! Post script: I will return to try their Cristo Rendentor; and it better be good!

After seeing so many good reviews, I can't deny I was a little disappointed with The Bridge which is a shame because it really does have a lot going for it. First off, the location is awesome and very accessible and since it's near the ski lifts I'm sure it is very popular during the ski season. They definitely have a prime spot on Main Street. With that in mind, it just seemed somewhat lacking, like it was resting on it's laurels of location and thus didn't have to be anything special. The ambiance is okay but I wouldn't describe it as inviting. The outside patio looked to be nice, though it was full during out visit. I suspect that would make the experience better. We waited close to an hour for our food, and while I won't deny the service was really good when it came to providing water refills, and they were very apologetic for the wait, it was somewhat annoying that all of our food, appetizer and mains came all at the same time. Kind of defeated the purpose of ordering an appetizer and our mains are getting cold while we eat it. Overall though the service was mostly friendly, I'll be honest my experiences in Park City are you don't go for service! However, I had much higher hopes for the food. For an appetizer we had the Coxinhas, and initially they were okay but after a couple they honestly just became annoying to eat, something just wasn't right with the texture, it was way too thick and gummy. The flavor was nice. For mains I had the Brazuca steak sandwich and actually this one was very good and very flavorful. I actually would order this again. The fries were pretty lackluster, not bad, just nothing special. My wife had the Mixto Quente sandwich with a garden salad. It was seriously a pickle and mustard overload without any other real substance beyond that. The ham and Swiss cheese was seriously lacking in quantity. As for the salad, well this was literally straight out of a bag and the blue cheese dressing was nothing short of weird. Not much of this dish got eaten. Maybe it's the luck of the draw, I see lots of good reviews, and a number of really bad ones too. I'll give three stars because of my food and the quick water refills, but honestly I can't see myself going out of my way to come back here, there's plenty of much better places in Park City.

Had lunch here on the recommendation of the bobsled operator at the Olympic Park. The Brazuca steak sandwich was excellent! Staff was very friendly and our food came quickly.

Excellent coffee and delicious food! Made my own omelette and it turned out perfect! Our sever was very nice and friendly! Plus it's right by the lift if you're a skier.

Really good Bloody Mary, hot chili, and slopeside dining. And can't complain when you can get a really good breakfast all day. I'll be back for sure!

This place is amazing! We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before our Wedding at Park City Mountain Resort and it was the perfect kick off. We had many affluent out of town guest who said it was the best rehearsal dinner they had ever been too! Little did they know it was also extremely affordable. Emerson, the owner, was GREAT to work with and made planning the event so easy. It was the PERFECT outdoor location. The bridge and the slopes made for great photo opts. I can't stress enough how great this place is for an outdoor party. Also the food was AMAZING.

Awesome food! Love the American food with the Brazilian twist. Went for breakfast and got the coxinhas for an appetizer. The coxinhas were amazing, unique, creamy fried chicken salad balls. Breakfast options were great too!

Disappointed.. Came for brunch on a Saturday after seeing positive reviews, but the breakfast burrito was a disappointment. Wait for 4 people wasn't that bad and the wait staff was pretty good, though the food took forever to come out. Two tables that sat down after us got their food before us. Breakfast burrito was small, and tortilla was far from fresh. They also use the smallest spoon to put guacamole on it. On the plus side, the potatoes were pretty good. Friends had the burger with ham sausage bacon and egg. It looked pretty epic but I didn't try it myself. I may give it another chance next time I'm up here. Maybe.

The waiter was good- friendly and courteous. The wait wasn't too bad even though they had to remake one of our dishes. My husband got the French toast sandwich with ham and cheese and was really pleased. I had an omelet with sausage and veggies. The sausage tasted a whole lot like ham and the omelet was prepared more like egg folded in half with the ingredients just sitting in the middle. Disappointed. The hot cocoa was pretty good though! My husband and I were vacationing in PC and decided to do breakfast/brunch somewhere. We found a groupon for The Bridge and checked the reviews in Yelp. Since the reviews were so good we decided to go. It was alright. We might try a second time to give them a second chance. We were just a little disappointed.

Great good at a reasonable price. Perfect location right in the heart of town. Bruno is a very courteous and efficient server/chef. Made us feel comfortable and welcome. Had the omelette. It was very good, plus a nice presentation for being a diner. The views of the town are great. Also a very nice patio.

The Brazuca burger was huge! It was an upgrade of an actual burger I had in Brazil. The ambiance was nice.

The beauty of catsup is that if you use enough of it a turd can be edible. The oil that my steak was cooked in tasted fishy. They don't serve steak sauce, but luckily breakfast is served with catsup and there's BBQ sauce for the wings. Dreadful place.

This may sound silly to you but I thought that this was one of the best dining experiences I had while in Park City. Located at the base of the Town chair lift, The Bridge offers great views, fun people watching and surprisingly awesome food at affordable prices. At the end of a beautiful spring day on the mountain, my gf and I skied down to town because we wanted to take the famed chair lift back up. When we got down there, we decided to grab a couple beers and a bite and people watch from the restaurants outdoor seating area. What a great idea. Boasting Brazilian fare (and a Brazilian wait staff) The Bridge surpassed our expectations. With only 1 review on yelp to assist us, we winged it and ordered what our heart (and stomachs) desired. We decided to go with the Camarao a Brazuca & Fish Taco's. The Camarao a Brazuca is a shrimp dish served in a garlic and tomato sauce with pieces of toast to sop up the delicious juices. When we ordered this our waiter gave us his approval stating that it was one of his favorite items on the menu. Upon tasting it, we understood why. They were extremely generous with the shrimp and the sauce was delicious. It was chunky and had a little spice to remind you it's from South America. I ended up drinking the remaining broth, it was that good. The fish taco's were also dynamite. Huge beer battered pieces of fish served in soft corn tortillas with fresh pico and guac, I left wanting more, even though I was full. The Bridge is a great place to grab lunch and enjoy a beautiful day away from the masses of people at the main base or at any of the on mountain lodges. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the portions are generous. Don't miss this place! We certainly won't next time we are in PC.

Our experience here was excellent, we came in for breakfast and were greeted by our waiter, Bruno, and promptly seated. We had pancakes, eggs, bacon, home fries and all were very good. The price was reasonable for a high-end resort area, the only negative is that the breakfast menu is limited but what they do offer is very well done. We would definitely recommend stopping in here if you are in Park City.

I liked the menu options having something out of the ordinary like Brazilian breakfast items. Nonetheless, I had to stick with a classic (eggs benedict). They were real good, but I wasn't a fan of the Ore-Ida potatoes. I think a homefries or classic hashbrowns would fit the area better. Great location and good staff.

Third time eating here, okay most times.( 3 stars at best) Used my Groupon and was auto grated without being told. Nowhere in the Groupon deal does it say gratuity automatically added. And I wasn't told about it prior to receiving my check. This place exists twice on yelp, the other one iis way too good of a representation of food and service, this yelp page is a true reflection

I was one of a party of ten that had breakfast at 9:15 in the morning. The size of our group was not a problem for the wait staff or cooks, and did not affect the presentation or taste of our food, which was five star. Not one person had any complaints. We had eggs, omelets, pancakes, French toast, an assortment of breakfast meats, and plenty of coffee. Bring a healthy appetite, as the amount of food on the plates, if you eat it all, will make lunch unnecessary. Need I say more about The Bridge?

The Bridge is a refreshing change to the typically overpriced, rude restaurants that make up most of Park City. The wait staff were attentive and thoughtful and the food was delicious. We went for breakfast and the breakfast burrito was one of the best I've ever had. The view of old town is stunning and the overall experience was a delight. So glad to have found this diamond in the rough.

Hubby and I were at Lindzee O Michaels Mixologists having a beer and enjoying the warm weather yesterday. We were hungry and the friendly bartender said we can order from The Bridge upstairs and they'll bring it down. Sounded good to us. We had the File Appertivo appetizer and an order of onion rings. The File Aperitivo is described on the menu as "Sauteed beef medallions on a garlic bread with melted swiss cheese, grape tomatoes, lemon wedges and chimichurri sauce." It also had a side of salsa. The beef was fork tender, not an ounce of fat on them. Full of flavor! The chimichurri sauce has garlicky goodness with a kick. The salsa wasn't bad either. The onion rings were lightly breaded and served with a side of ranch. The guy who brought the food down was friendly and brought us extra ketsup when asked. Since we ate at the bar downstairs, I can't tell you about the atmosphere, but the service was good and the food delicious.

The Bridge was excellent. I took my family for brunch and everything was great. I had the Brazuca (awesome), my wife had the fish tacos and loved them, my daughter loved the chocolate chip pancakes and my son had 2 eggs, the crispiest bacon ever, and the potato side that rocked. All that with juice and coffee for $50 + tip. Great view, great food, great place!

Last day of my Groupon, so I call. "Can I use my Groupon for take out?" No. "What if I tip you as if you served me?" Sure. ordered TWO Philly Cheesesteaks with fries and a salad w/passion fruit dressing. Let's say I WOLFED that sandwich down. That doesn't happen often. Me? Wolf food? Nah. Kind of like the Catbird Seat. No one would believe it happened. Nice steak with tasty peppers and yummy onions. Bite after bite (and drip and drop went plop on my coat) because I took a nibble in the car... and couldn't stop. So, I had a sandwich left - but, had to be somewhere - and it wasn't the home fridge. I'm thinking of lunch tomorrow...and I pull up to a pay parking stall in downtown SLC. I get out - what is the fee? As I'm examining the meter, a homeless guy comes up..."It's free on weekends," he says. Then, "Hey, you wouldn't happen to have any change, would you? I need money for food." Um, "What if I gave you food?" He looks at me quizzically. I whip out the To-Go box and open it - showing him this yummy sandwich I'm all but salivating for. "Sure!" he says, and like that, my second sandwich is gone. But to look at him enjoy bite after bite was awesome. And so was that sandwich. The fries, on the other hand, were blah. I ate a couple, but they weren't worth the calories. Salad was a salad - what can I say? That's what I ate for lunch the next day....a little wilted, but, oh well. I'd go back...for a...you guessed it: Philly Cheesesteak. Thinking of it now. Hint: Don't park on Main Street. Park on Park Avenue, directly under the lift. Jog up the stairs. You're there.

I was really disappointed when I called on a Thursday to confirm the establishment was dog friendly and was told yes but arrived on Sunday and was told that was not true. I understand an ordinance changed, maybe you should inform all of your staff and update the organizers of bringfido.com .

Not as good as we hoped and frankly just average. The "streak" in the steak sandwich was more like a tough pre-made frozen hamburger patty. The chicken sandwich much the same. Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the aioli sauce was good. Fries were good. Drinks were from premade mixes that tasted like chemicals. Pretty much along the lines of tgifridays quality wise.

Excellent! This food is Brazilian/American. I can't spell nor pronounce most of the items on the menu, but all of the ones we had should have had "excellent" somewhere in the description. I had the Brazilian breakfast burrito. This thing is HUGE! Share with someone. I couldn't eat half, as good as it was! I was just hoofing it down Main in Park City on a food quest. So many nice restaurants closed on Sunday so sad. Wait small cafe near ski lifts with lots of happy looking humans sitting outside. Um, "What if I gave you food?" He looks at me quizzically.

Location, location, location. Located next to the lift ticket window at the Town Lift, this place does not offer anything special, but convenience is huge. Whether it be a last minute drink/bite to eat before hitting the slopes, or sitting in the sun on the patio area watching skiers/riders finish runs at the Town Lift. Sun drenched is the only word for the patio location. Place doesn't have much of a vibe though. I can't put my finger on it, but it just doesn't have a personality to its own. I feel like with the location, it could be done a lot better. All in all though, it's a decent option for a meet up considering it's central location.

Nice little spot in Park City for a small bite to eat. We had coxinhas, kibe, camaronês brazuca, and fish tacos. The food was great, I just wish they had more food from brazil on the menu. Service was great and they made an excellent caipirinha.

We hosted a breakfast for 85 guests the morning after a wedding. When we arrived that morning, there were beautiful awnings that were up (just in case it rained). The food was terrific. This was a destination wedding weekend and planning it from a distance is not easy. Emerson (owner) put me at ease and created an amazing breakfast menu! Bruno (manager) was terrific. It was a great way to say good-bye to our guests and have a terrific breakfast at the same time. Don't pass up this restaurant for a quick breakfast or an event!

I had time to burn on my last day in PC so came onto Main Street and this place was recommended by a random passerby for lunch. It did not disappoint. Super friendly staff and the steak sandwich is a must. The fried egg was slightly over done but still great.

  • Kaitlyn W.

I am pretty surprised that there are some really low ratings. I had a groupon and went this past weekend for breakfast and I found it to be pretty delightful. The food was great. The portion sizes were pretty small but that was my biggest complaint. It has a diner kind of feel to it and so the food is not as fancy as most of the places in PC so maybe that's the cause of the low ratings? The food has a Brazilian twist to it, which I loved! I got a hot chocolate that was really yummy. There are so many really expensive places in PC that it was nice to have a good but fairly cheep meal. I will definitely go back.

This place is a gem. It's modest and fairly-priced with big flavors. The menu isn't huge, but has something for almost anyone. My husband and I ate here on our first day in PC, and liked it so much that we came back the next day. Everything we tried was at least very good, if not excellent. Both the File Appertivo and the Kibe were amazing appetizers. The Brazuca steak sandwich blew my husband's mind, and the Samba veggie sandwich was great. The fries were ordinary, but really good in their own right. And the Cristo Redentor was a better Brazilian take on the traditional Monte Cristo. Eat here. This place should succeed. I know we'll be back anytime we are in the area.

This is a nice diner-like place that serves awesome food that simply hits the spot. All of the seafood-based dishes were fantastic. I would skip the wings (over-fried and on the dry side). Service was fast and friendly - no complaints at all. If I were in Park City again and need a quick fix that would get me going again for the rest of the day, I would not hesitate to come back here.

This is a review of the Bridge Cafe and Grill at the Park City Food and Wine Classic. Although the Bridge was not on the official restaurant list, their location is at the Town Lift Plaza in the heart of Main Street, and they also serve Mercer's Wine Ice Cream, one of the official vendors of the PC F&W. Emerson, the proprietor, was generous, passionate in our conversation about food and caipurinas, and providing guests a strawberry glazed flan. A bit too sweet, and overwhelmed the taste of the flan. Mercer's Wine Ice Cream was serving several flavors, so I tried the Peach Zinfadel. Creamy, peachy, with a hint of wine. Good, but I can't see myself going out to buy a pint to eat by itself. I'm coming back here on my next trip for that caipurina.

This place is terrible. We came for brunch on a Saturday. Their menu was quite small and it did not have the traditional breakfast I was hoping for. When I asked if I could switch a piece of toast for a pancake so I could have pancakes, eggs, and sausage together, the waitress told me that was not possible. But she could add it on to my meal from the kid's menu for an extra $4. Four dollars for a kid's meal pancake! I ended up having to add on eggs and sausage to the pancake breakfast to get the meal I had hoped for. While we were waiting for our food, we could smell something burning. When they finally brought our food to us, it was evident that it was the pancakes that had burned. Two people in our party had ordered the pancakes so each of us got one non-burned pancake on top of a burned pancake. Maybe they thought we wouldn't notice? The eggs were bland. But with salt and pepper, they were edible. The "sausage" was by far the worst part of the meal. I paid an extra $3 for a grilled hot dog. I kid you not. I absolutely love sausage (Italian, polish, whatever...) and absolutely detest hot dogs. I couldn't believe that they think it's acceptable to list that on their menu as "polish sausage," when it's so clearly a cheap hot dog. I ended up paying over $15 for my meal (including tip). I'm pretty sure I would have been more satisfied with my meal had I gone to McDonald's for breakfast.

I agree with Mitchell M. that the location of the Bridge Cafe and Grill is excellent. My husband and I wanted to watch the skiiers/snowboarders ride the Town Lift and ski down the mountain from the Park City Resort. The Bridge provided the view we were looking for. As there weren't many customers around 4 pm on a Sunday and I was wary whether their kitchen could provide high quality food, we decided to stick with typical "bar food" and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the fish tacos, which were accompanied by guacamole and a side of fries. The tacos were quite tasty--although odd--each fish was a large batter-fried piece inside of a tortilla. We also enjoyed the Bridge nachos, which weren't served over tortilla chips but over homemade potato chips. Both dishes paired well with the Sierra Nevada Pale Ales we each enjoyed. For $34 (including tip), the price wasn't terrible for a lunch in Park City in a touristy location. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I'm sure this place is great on a busy day for lunch, but I would definitely not recommend coming for dinner. If you don't mind yelling across the empty restaurant to get your server off her cell phone they might bring you a refill, seems to be a trend that they have good quick food and no service. Food was great, I just would not recommend eating a dinner here.

I was in Park City for 5 days and it may sound odd but this was the best dining experience I had and we did a lot of dining at every price range. The Food is simple. The breakfast burrito was delicious filled with peppers and black beans a side of crispy potatoes. My son had huge pancakes for $7. It is right at the foot of the town lift. We also went for drinks and apps after a day on the mountain. The brazilians who run/serve at this place are so friendly and gracious. Definitely worth going for breakfast if nothing else. If I had another day I would have gone back again for another meal!!

After hiking all over the splendid Park City Mountain Resort I was "starvin like Marvin" ( sorry, English rhyming slang) and out of pure convenience I settled on a visit to The Bridge. It is located about 20 feet from the Town Ski/Chair lift in Park City. I have seen the place many times during ski season but have never made the time to eat but at 2.30 on a Wednesday I sat down to try it out. It is a Brazilian owned and run restaurant , which is not obvious from the outside. Why? Who knows.... Any way , you enter quite a large building to access the large patio which as I mention is close to the lift. When studying the menu , you notice a few items marked with a Brazilian flag , their specialties. I chose a Brazuca steak sandwich. No exaggeration , this was the best sandwich I had eaten in my very young , youngish , ok not at all young life. Tender steak , with an egg/swiss cheese , aioli , tons of crunchy peppers and finished in a very lightly toasted bread. Boy oh Boy , in England this would only be descibed as The Dog's Bollox" which is the highest compliment. A side of very nicely cooked fries finished the lunch. My son loves Mozzarella sticks , I cannot understand why , but the dish served was again very fine. I highly recommend a visit , I will certainly be back during ski season , it's easy to ski to Town lift , save money from the on-mountain fare and eat better , please remember , pick an item withe the Brazil flag. Also , guys , all the servers are beautiful Brazilian girls! Oh , yeah . Ladies there are also handsome young Brazilian men , I didn't like that fact though. Go Brazilian!

Nice patio at the base of the town lift for a few beers with friends. Their downfall was the service - definitely running a skeleton crew, at least in the summer. The Brazilian menu threw me for a loop but wasn't there for the eats. Stick with Stella in the sunshine and you'll be a-okay.

I was just hoofing it down Main in Park City on a food quest. So many nice restaurants closed on Sunday so sad. Wait small cafe near ski lifts with lots of happy looking humans sitting outside. Brazilian ski bar and grill. What the?! Omelet with extra sausage and spinach ordered. So awesome washing it down with some Guarana. This place is win sauce! BTW waiter discounts the meal half price because I ordered it Paleo! Wait live band playing at 4pm on Sunday. Incredible.

All that with juice and coffee for $50 + tip. Great view, great food, great place!

This place was pretty good. Me and my wife decided to stop and get some lunch here. We got just the wings and a few drinks. The wings were good and the beer was cold. We sat outside and it was a little difficult to find a place to sit without having the sun beat down on us.

Stopped by on our way out of PC. Really liked our spinach salad and breakfast burrito. Menu is half breakfast food and lunch time fair with standard American menu items plus some Brazilian. Good place for a quick brunch bite!

Maybe.

    (3)
  • Dallas S.

The beauty of catsup is that if you use enough of it a turd can be edible. The oil that my steak was cooked in tasted fishy. They don't serve steak sauce, but luckily breakfast is served with catsup and there's BBQ sauce for the wings. Dreadful place.

It was a large floured tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, peppers, Swiss cheese, ham, topped with guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. The home fries served with it were impeccable! Don't miss this place.

I bought a Groupon, and intended to use it for a Sunday Breakfast while attending Park Silly Street Fair. Arrived at Restaurant to find a sign saying CLOSED FOR PRIVATE PARTY. I was mad. Still wanting to use the Coupon, I looked up their website to see how late they were open, hoping to maybe go for dinner. Their website said they closed at 8pm. I thought GREAT, we will go for dinner. But I called to verify they were indeed open; I was told they were closing at 6:30, their new Fall Hours. I reminded them that their website said 8pm; she said they needed to update their website. We rushed in and had a rushed dinner. Food was OK. Just bothered by all the hassle of getting in.

If you don't mind yelling across the empty restaurant to get your server off her cell phone they might bring you a refill, seems to be a trend that they have good quick food and no service. Food was great, I just would not recommend eating a dinner here.

Not crowded but deserved to be. Excellent food, Brazilian items as good as I've had in the states, fun atmosphere on the patio by the town lift. Try the guarana! Frys left something to be desired, but it's not really a Brazilian thing.

Nice patio at the base of the town lift for a few beers with friends. Their downfall was the service - definitely running a skeleton crew, at least in the summer. The Brazilian menu threw me for a loop but wasn't there for the eats. Stick with Stella in the sunshine and you'll be a-okay.

We came in for lunch. We were the only party. We ordered lunch and a pitcher of beer. The bar tender poured the beer and placed the glasses on the bar. I watched the beer warm over numerous minutes. I asked the waitress if she could please pour the beer. I was told, "Be patient, we will get to it." I was greatly offended by this comment. The food was good but lacked service.
